Manhattan Power Capture First Tournament Championship!

The Manhattan Power 6th grade boys captured the program’s first tournament championship at the Hooperstown summer open the weekend of June 6 and 7. The team’s 3-0 record in the 12 and under age bracket was a culmination of the teams hard work and team building that they started together this past March. In only their first season the Power are destined to keep growing as each player on the team has clearly raised their level of play since day one. The team will finish it’s 2009 spring season with an exciting evening at the New Jersey Nets practice facility on June 24 th as they will take on New Jersey’s own C-Mek all-star’s.
